I didn't begin my journey of reading financial literacy books until I was in prison for selling drugs. Coming up in that culture, I thought that was the only way to really make a good amount of money. Ignorance is not bliss. What you don't know can fucking kill you! The first financial book I ever read was "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" by T. Harv Eker. It sent me down the rabbit hole of financial literacy, things we weren't taught in our schools. Next, I read "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey, and I've had an insatiable lust for financial knowledge ever since.
Ive read 2 of these, rich dad poor dad and think and grow rich.
Watching this video again and taking notes… Thanks Rose, great job!
I have no interest in looking rich; I plan on being wealthy.
Best reviews ever given on YouTube
Yes because thats what happens in life you shadow someone and then they give u sweat equity
My teacher just said “you can’t get rich off of investments”, imma need to prove him wrong 😎
I highly recommend creating an Audible account if you are like me and like to save money whenever possible and still have access to literature like Rose recommends in this video. I had 12 free books from just being a member (I think you get 1 free every month). I now have 7 free books left. Thanks Rose for these excellent recommendations. Ill be studying them!
Great Books
Heyy new subscriber to ue chanell 👍🏻😘keep up the good wrk 🥰
I want a Asian girlfriend now 😍
thank you for the new book and thank everyone in the comment section for more book recommendation.
The richest man in Babylon by George S. Clason highly recommended
how were you able to travel around the world on your own before you started university? how did you have the money and knowledge for that? serious question btw cause i think thats dope
The selected books are really inspiring. Everyone must learn the way of investing there some part of their income in a right direction for future saving from the very first salary of their career. Investment started from small amount even it's from 500/- will help you to save a big amounts at the age of retirement. It's really a disappointment that no one all's about the investment from the school ages in India. If a person start learning about the future saving and investing from a very young ages then no one will stop him/her to become millionaire/billionaire before 30. I understood the importance of savings and investment at a ages of 27 but I will teach my future kids to learn about savings and investment from a very early ages.
These books are on here and they're free to listen to.
Every day millionaire by christ hogan and Dave Ramsey is what saved my finances 💯
Thank you so much for sharing 🥰🥰🥰
hmm feels like being a b is a lot easier than being an e. Like Rose, of course an employee without much liquid assets or support values job security over freedom, there are probably a million socio economic reasons thats the case. I bet there's a lot of 'subtle' classism in all of this..
And the best part is that all of those books are free here on Youtube as an audiobooks. So if you for some reason can not invest into buying these books right now there is your solution. 🙂 Thank you Rose for all the work you do! You're very inspiring!
So far I have read the first 2 books "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "I Will Teach You to Be Rich" and along with your videos, I have started investing! Thank you so much for the great content!
It's funny, I have already read 4 out of 5 of these. The only one I haven't read is "I will Teach You To Be Rich" – Ramit Sethi. I guess that will be next. Thank you, Rose! I am going to also read your Investing book recommendations!
Thank you for these valuable information
Thank you so much!
Thanks, helpfully
you are correct on having the correct mindset, Thank you for this great vid
I just changed my major to finance and I might start reading these books during summer. I hope you can make more book recommendations about finance and learning more about finance in your future videos.
How does no one said this yet, ALL THESE BOOKS (most of them) are wrote by fake gurus! Robert Kiyosaki was a nobody before writing this self help book, he sold courses to people to get rich once he is famous. Don't get me starts on think and grow rich, the dude lied to his every teeth. He claimed he talked to the richest man at his time, NOOOOOO, he never did!!!! He sold lies, he's basically a snake oil salesman.
This channel is my new fav 💙
I’m “middle class” aka poor.. But I want you to be my financial advisor take all my money
Are these in public libraries?
Great book suggestions!!!
An other one worth mentioning is "The Richest man in Babylon" by George S. Clason

Just finished listening to Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Already downloaded the other titles on audible. Thank you for your insight and suggestions, Rose.
Rose 🌹!
Did she just say "in debed"
Hey Rose these books are all great to read I have read most of these books which really help you with the financial mindset. Great video 👍👍👍 Well done ✅
@investingwithrose what value did you provide to the real estate investor? That part of the story would help me identify how I can add value to a mentor. Thanks for the videos!
Great video
I have been listening to Rich Dad Poor Dad. Maybe the follow up will be more practical. I agree that the central premises of Rich Dad Poor Dad are pretty solid. But I think that if you strip it down to those central premises, the entire book could be a pamphlet and would not seem terribly sophisticated. I understand that it is probably intended to be more inspirational and motivational. But I don't know that this book actually does anything significant to build financial literacy other than pointing out that if you don't have it, you're at a disadvantage. I am also pretty sure that "The Rich Dad" is fictional, which makes me wonder what other stories he tells are also fictional. Perhaps I am still early in my journey to financial literacy. But I think he also inacurrately confuses earning money (albeit with little effort) with creating money. My understanding of these may be limited but that set off some alarm bells when I was listening and it really doesn't sound right to me. I agree that it is smart for anyone to do their best to limit their tax liabilities. But I disagree with some of his judgements about taxes and especially his "history of taxes." While it might not be "wrong" I don't think it is relevant. Medieval and rennaissance England bear almost no resemblance to modern life. There may have been no taxes but there was also no economic or social mobility. Peasants were not that different from slaves and were entirely dependent upon the support of feudal lords. It's easy to say there were no taxes when there was no income and no commerce. I guess this is long and probably no one wil read it. I just think that you do a great job on your channel being real specific and giving clear actionable steps people can take and relevant context. I sort of wonder what you see in this book beyond it's central premise and if I am missing something that I should see.
rose is such a babe
Thanks for your wide explanation
Awesome video liked and subscribed. The total money make over by the man Dave Ramsey is def a good one.
This was great, I have been researching "financial aid tips" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Ferapt Freedom Fanboy – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

The simple path to wealth is amazing
The camera trying to auto-focus all the time is kinda distracting. Great content though.
